FIELD: forensic medicine.

SUBSTANCE: invention refers to forensic medicine and can be used for quantitative assessment of results of intralaboratory quality control test (ILQCT) of studies of biological samples of human blood, sperm and saliva, obtained from extracts from traces on material evidence. Concentration of biological markers or activity of enzymes in biological samples of biological materials in at least 22 duplicates of the installation series is determined. Further, calculating standard deviation determined by Dulberg's formula, coefficient of analytical variation (% CV), thereafter, a minimum difference (MD) value is calculated between the first and second obtained results in the setting series using an analytical variation coefficient (% CVa). That is followed by a daily series of measurements and ILQCT of one series per day, consisting of one duplicate of the current sample, during the working days of the month, with calculating a relative difference (RelDiff%) between two observations. Thereafter, the result of the relative difference (RelDiff%) obtained when determining the concentration of biological markers or activity of enzymes in biological samples in duplicates of each daily series is compared with the value of the minimum difference (MD). If the relative difference (RelDiff%) is found within one minimum difference (±1.0 MD), the result of the ILQCT analysis of the biological samples of human sperm, blood and saliva derived from the traces from the traces on the physical evidence is considered to be acceptable.

EFFECT: method provides quantitative assessment of ILQCT results of biological blood, sperm and human saliva obtained from extracts from traces on physical evidence by calculating standard deviation by Dulberg formula for not less than 22 duplicates of the installation series.
