METHOD FOR ASSESSMENT OF AMOUNT OF UNSTABLE BIOSAMPLES Russian patent published in 2017 - IPC G01N33/48

Abstract RU 2609852 C1

FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine and represents method for assessment of amount of unstable biosamples, which involves taking biosamples, measurement of initial values of selected analytes in biosamples, wherein for measurements of analytes two analytical system are used: first one in biosampling point and second one is spaced from biosampling point, initial values of analytes are measured in biosamples using first analysis system, biosamples are subjected to action of external factors by transportation from sampling point to second analysis system, using which analytes are measured after exposure to external factors; variation of analyte values for each biosample are measured considering values of systematic shift between analytical systems; instability is evaluated for selected analytes based on parameters of statistical distribution of changes in values of analyte for set of biosamples; then discuss applicability of obtained value of instability of its results of comparison to allowable value.

EFFECT: method provides high reliability of assessment of amount of unstable biosamples.
