SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine. Insert into tube consists of two parts of bearing module of limb prosthesis for adjustment of module length, comprises in central part adjustment element having shaft with thread on one of its parts, mark and two bushings, upper and lower limiters with threaded connections, compensating spring, 1–2 holes with thread for screwing in fixing elements and washer. Two bushings are made according to their outer diameter inner diameter of bearing module tube, with through holes for shaft, respectively, one of them with thread, in that part of shaft, where there is no thread. Compensating spring is installed between the bushing and the limiter. With screwed locking element adjustment element can rotate along shaft inside bushings. When the adjusting element is turned through 360 degrees counterclockwise, a gap equal to 1 mm is formed between it and the bushing, and if the clockwise rotation is turned through 360 degrees, the gap is reduced by exactly 1 mm, wherein the gap is intended for stiffness washers.

EFFECT: invention provides the possibility of modifying the length of module carrying 1 mm and, respectively, the whole prosthesis with rigid reliable fixation of length after its correction in patients irrespective of body weight.
