FIELD: measurement.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to measurement equipment and can be used for control of sheet glass tempering process. Disclosed is a method of controlling extraction of sheet glass from a furnace in a process of hardening a sheet glass, in which, after the sheet glass is fed into a heating furnace, by means of the monitoring module the operating parameter of the heating elements is monitored in real time and wave filtration of the working parameter of the heating elements is performed. Working parameter of the heating elements passed to the wave filtration is then transmitted to the control module. Control module compares the obtained operating parameter of the heating elements with a given threshold value. When operating parameter of heating elements changes limit value and during further changes again reaches preset threshold value, control module sends command to drive mechanism, and as a result of operation of drive mechanism there is immediate removal of sheet glass from heating furnace or extraction of sheet glass from heating furnace after some time with completion of process of sheet glass heating.

EFFECT: technical result is that this invention changes traditional methods of control based on time parameters and allows not only to reduce volume of energy consumption during production of tempered glass, but also to improve quality of finished tempered glass.
