SUBSTANCE: invention relates to wireless communication devices. Method includes sending to a terminal device configuration information used to adjust a position in the time domain of a first resource used for transmitting a physical downlink control channel (PDCCH), wherein configuration information comprises first configuration information and second configuration information, first configuration information indicating at least one first time-domain block, each first time-domain block comprises a first resource, the second configuration information indicating at least one second time-domain block in said first time-domain block indicated by first configuration information, and each second time-domain unit comprises the entire first resource or part thereof and transmitting the physical downlink control channel (PDCCH) to the terminal device on the first resource.

EFFECT: technical result is enabling adjustment, at level of time intervals or level of symbols, position of first resource in time domain for transfer of physical downlink control channel (PDCCH), at that from terminal device it is not required to track PDCCH on first resource in each time interval.
