SUBSTANCE: invention relates to wireless communication. Method envisages the following: network device transmits downlink control information to a terminal device using control resource areas in a time domain dispatching unit, wherein control resource areas include several types of control resource areas, wherein different types of control resource areas are used to transmit different types of downlink control information, and a first type of control resource region of several types of control resource regions comprises partial frequency area resources, pre-configured or semi-statically configured on each orthogonal frequency division multiplexing (OFDM) symbol in a time domain dispatching unit.

EFFECT: technical result consists in providing transfer of multiple types of downlink control information for meeting requirements of downlink control channel of low-delay service.
