FIELD: transport handling devices.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to transport handling devices. The reloading table contains a frame, in the corners of which, in the holes of the transverse box-shaped beams, four hydraulic cylinders are installed and attached to it from below through the flanges, the rods of which with their spherical ends rest in the sockets of the supports. A platform is fixed on the carriages on top of the transverse beams of the frame. A polymer plate is placed on top of the platform, which is connected at one end to a steel sheet and together with it is attached to two brackets placed in trough-shaped channels. The lifting beam with a traverse fixed on it, mounted on a frame with gripping levers driven by hydraulic cylinders, is rotatable and pivotally fixed in a support located at the end of the frame, and connected through lugs welded to it, in the grooves of which it is hinged on bushing sliders with the possibility moving along the grooves, the axis of the rod of the drive hydraulic cylinder is fixed, the body of which is also pivotally fixed in the support located in the same place at the end of the frame. At the opposite end of the frame, a socket is rigidly fixed from above to fix the free end of the swivel beam in its horizontal position. The ninth hydraulic distributor is installed in the hydraulic station to control the hydraulic cylinder of the rotary beam drive.
EFFECT: design is simplified and the weight of the transfer table is reduced.
