FIELD: physics.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to device for automatic control of density and flow rate of solid in pulp flow, to automation of production processes, in particular, for measurement of pulp parameters at output of grinding complex of mill-classifier in process of dressing at concentrating mills of mining and metallurgical and chemical industries. Device for automatic control of density and flow rate of solid in pulp flow contains a storage tank equipped with a weight sensor and a pulp level sensor, a shut-off controlled valve at the outlet of the container. Device also comprises a sampler, which provides representative sampling from the pulp flow by the content of solid in it, made in the form of a hollow tube with a slit along its generatrix to the entire height of the flow, wherein pipe slot is arranged opposite to flow, sampler output is articulated by flexible connection with distributor inlet in form of hollow movable pipe, lower end of which is moved by a drive according to a predetermined program, periodically connecting it to a storage container equipped with weight sensors and a pulp level sensor. Device comprises a unit of calculations and control, to input of which signals of weight sensors and pulp level sensor are connected, according to which the unit of calculations and control periodically by the specified algorithm calculates values of pulp density and solid flow rate in the pulp flow with output of signals on a scoreboard and in a system for automatic control of the process of solid grinding in pulp flow, controlling the movable pipe of the distributor and the outlet valve of the storage container.
