FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a two-layer coating for road marking. Coating comprises a lower layer which is a curable two-component composition based on (meth)acrylate reactive resin, containing, before solidification in one or both components of at least 0.3 wt % cross-linking agent, at least 4 wt % (meth)acrylate monomers, at least 2 wt % prepolymers and optionally additional additives. Coating comprises a second upper layer, which is a reactive resin-based based sealant, including not more than 20 % by weight of pigments, fillers and/or additives and at least 80 % by weight of curable (meth)acrylate resin, including, in turn, at least 50 wt % recurring links based on (meth)acrylates and having a glass transition temperature Tg of at least 60 °C. Described also is a method of applying heat-resistant and dirt-repellent coating for road marking and use of double-layer coating for road marking as soil coating. Marking sealed according to the present invention has mechanical properties comparable with the level of technology.
EFFECT: technical result is reduced dirt adhesion, particularly in hot and/or dry dusty environments, marking remains more visible than conventional markings, even in dry hot zones.
