FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to method of preparing catalyst solution suitable for formation of redox system with peroxides. Method involves adding of salt or transition metal complex to liquid composition containing solvent with hydroxyl functional group and nitrogen-containing base at temperature within the range of 50-200 °C. Said transition metal is selected from group consisting of Cu, Mn, Fe and V.
EFFECT: invention enables to obtain catalyst solution stable during storage and allows to reduce time of solution preparation.
