FIELD: physics.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to method of hydro vortex kinematic dust suppression and device for its implementation, used for liquid spraying. Method comprises feeding fluid under pressure into cavity of hydro-vortex kinematic injector, its separation into two equal in volume flow, separate supply of equal volumes of liquid in stage of two-stage swirler with mutually opposite direction of twist relative to cavity axis, swirling of separated volumes of liquid at first and second stages of swirler in stable vortex motion with mutually opposite direction of vectors of angular speed of their rotation. Further, crushing of swirled flows, with conversion into a finely dispersed flow of liquid, due to energy of kinetic moments of rotational movement of oppositely directed vortex flows of liquid in their collision, direction of the fine-dispersed flow from the swirler through the ring conical chamber of the nozzle to the outlet of the hydro-vortex kinematic injector. At that, drops of fine liquid flow at output from ring conical chamber of nozzle are swirled around their vector of translational velocity, communicating moment of momentum.
EFFECT: technical result consists in reduction of aerodynamic energy barrier in process of contact of rotating liquid droplets with particles of dust, higher efficiency of coagulation and efficiency of dust trapping and dust suppression of hydrophobic dust particles with median diameter less than 5·10-6 m, which leads to reduction of explosion hazard and promotes reduction of respiratory diseases.
