Abstract RU 2737196 C1

FIELD: food industry.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to food industry and concerns a specialized functional purpose food product with a balanced vitamin-mineral composition of the complex, as well as to a method of producing a specialized product. Specialized food product for maintenance of body reserve forces contains cod liver oil, flaxseed oil, dihydroquercetin, lipoic acid, eicosapentaenoic acid, docosahexaenoic acid, alpha-linolenic acid, phosphorus, copper, potassium, vitamins A, E and selenium with certain ratio of components. Method of producing a specialized food product is characterized by the fact that a semi-finished product of liposomes with dihydroquercetin is prepared by dissolving dihydroquercitin in water with heating to 61 °C in a homogeniser, then adding lecithin, stirring for an hour, then homogenised 5 minutes to homogeneous mass, then dried at temperature 72 °C. After preparing the encapsulation mixture initially dosing fish oil, linseed oil, lipoic acid, then liposomes are added with dihydroquercetin, then eicosapentaenoic, docosahexaenoic and alpha-linolenic acids, phosphorus, copper, potassium are dosed, then mixed and homogenised for 10 minutes. At the final stage vitamin A, E, selenium are successively fed into the cooled mixture; gelatin solution is then prepared by dosing the auxiliary components in the following sequence: purified water, glycerine, gelatine. Soft gelatinous capsules are prepared from ready gelatin solution and mixture for encapsulation on capsule machine of type SGM 1010, then capsules are additionally dried in drying tunnels of 53 hours and unloaded.

EFFECT: invention allows to expand the range of specialized products of functional orientation and enhance human body resistance to negative effect of various unfavourable environmental factors.
