FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to dietary medical and preventive alimentation. Method for preparation of dishes for a balanced daily diet is characterized by the fact that for one-time preparation of 400 g of oyster mushrooms or champignons, 500 g of chicken meat or meat of the Salmon family - humpback salmon, chum salmon or char, 500 g of peeled finely cut potatoes, 100 g of pork skin, 150 g of chopped beets, carrots and cabbages are boiled for 30 minutes in 2 litres of salted NaCl water with addition of parsley, bulb onions, laurel leaf and dill to taste. After that, a mass of thermally treated mushrooms with chicken or fish meat, as well as separately from them a mass of vegetables is removed from the broth and eaten as protein and complex carbohydrate dishes. Protein and complex carbohydrate dish is seasoned with cow cream and olive oil, and rosemary, thyme, oregano and cardamom are added to taste. One also adds 150 g of chopped sweet bell pepper to the complex carbohydrate dish of vegetables. Remaining broth is cooled with addition of 30 g of gelatine, poured into moulds until gelation and consumed as a separate jelly dish. Produced three different dishes are consumed during the day with interval of 3 hours from each other with full replenishment of daily energy consumption of the human body.
EFFECT: invention makes it possible to obtain a balanced daily ration of all the necessary products during a one-time preparation of the ingredients, contributing to the restoration of disturbed or lost body functions as a result of the disease, as well as prevention of these disorders increasing the adaptive capabilities of the body.
