SUBSTANCE: in one aspect, the oral care device comprises an intra-oral kappa. Kappa comprises a lamp support structure comprising a lamp support surface and is formed from a first material. Flexible lamp is installed on the surface to support the lamp so that the light-emitting surface of the flexible lamp receives a concave curvature thus forming a lamp unit. Protective component is applied by multicomponent forming on the lamp unit. Protective component is formed from an elastomer material having hardness which is less than the hardness of the first material. In one embodiment, the oral care device can be a dental bleaching device.
EFFECT: disclosed is an oral cavity treatment device emitting light on a user's teeth surface.
