FIELD: separation.

SUBSTANCE: disclosed is gas separation device configured to separate non-hydrocarbon gas from source gas containing non-hydrocarbon gas, by means of gas separation membrane, in which deceleration of productivity reduction and achieving satisfactory economic efficiency is possible. First membrane module and second membrane module are parallel to each other relative to source gas feed lines. There are gas lines for regeneration branched from membrane gas penetrating gas line, connected to initial gas line and configured to supply initial gas into membrane module. In condition, when initial gas enters into membrane module, penetrating gas of membrane module as gas for regeneration is supplied to membrane module by gas lines for regeneration. In this case, the membrane module is in idle state, the membrane module is regenerated.

EFFECT: gas separation device is disclosed.
