SUBSTANCE: invention relates to an apparatus for manipulating a fluid to eject fluid into a reservoir and to drain fluid from a reservoir. Apparatus for manipulating fluid for ejecting fluid into reservoir (1) and draining fluid from reservoir (1) comprises fluid channel (2) for draining fluid containing solid particles, from reservoir (1) or for supply of fluid medium containing solid particles into reservoir (1), wherein fluid channel (2) is configured to communicate with container opening (3) in tank (1) of base (4); inlet pipe (5) for fluid medium supply of fluid medium containing solid particles into reservoir (1), wherein fluid inlet pipe (5) passes at least partially through fluid channel (2) and is configured to pass through container opening (3) into reservoir (1); rotary fluid ejection device (6) in fluid communication with the fluid inlet pipe (5); and a rotating drive shaft extending at least partially inside inlet pipe (5) for fluid medium, the rotating drive shaft is rotatably connected to rotary device (6) for ejection of fluid medium.
