FIELD: wireless communication systems.
SUBSTANCE: method includes sending, by a network device, first indication information, wherein the first indication information is used to indicate a format of a first downlink control channel, and the first downlink control channel is used to transfer hybrid automatic repeat request (HARQ) feedback information to the physical uplink control channel (PUSCH) of at least one terminal device; and sending, by the network device, a first downlink control channel having said format.
EFFECT: possibility of implementing feedback and detecting PUSCH reception in different conditions and according to requirements.
