FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to biochemistry, in particular to a humanized neutralizing monoclonal antibody selectively binding human interferon-beta and capable of neutralizing its biological activity, as well as to an isolated DNA fragment coding a light chain segment, and an isolated DNA fragment coding a heavy chain region. Also disclosed is an antigen-binding fragment of said monoclonal antibody.
EFFECT: invention enables effective neutralization of biological activity of human interferon-beta.
