FIELD: storage of gases.
SUBSTANCE: ventilated insert is arranged with the possibility of being placed between the protrusion and the shell of the pressure vessel. Projection includes a through hole having a longitudinal axis. Annular housing includes an inner surface configured to contact and abut on the protrusion, and an outer surface adapted to abut on the shell. Body has opposite first and second ends relative to longitudinal axis. Neck is located near the first end, and the flange is near the second end, besides, the flange passes from the longitudinal axis relative to the neck. Gas-permeable element is provided on the inner surface and extends from the first end to the second end. Vessel containing a device and a method for making a vessel are also disclosed.
EFFECT: technical result is prevention of gas accumulation between liner and shell of vessel.
