FIELD: packaging industry.

SUBSTANCE: vessel (10') under pressure has inner chamber (55) and includes outer shell (18), boss (16) and inner liner (20') located inside outer shell (18). Boss (16) includes channel (23) extending between inner chamber (55) and outer side of vessel (10') under pressure, and annular flange (22), extending radially from channel (23) and having outer surface (62) and inner surface (60). Liner (20') includes outer section (72) adjacent to flange (22) outer surface (62), inner section (68) adjacent to flange (22) inner surface (60), and vent hole (52) in inner section (68). Vessel formation method (10') under pressure includes the stages, on which boss (16) is installed on the mandrel, non-metallic polymer is supplied around lug (22) of boss (16) to form inner liner (20') of vessel (10') under pressure, form ventilation hole (52) in inner area (68) of liner (20'), and form outer shell (18) surrounding liner (20') and at least section of lug (22) of lug (16).

EFFECT: technical result is prevention of excessive pressure between sheath and liner.
