Bone-in limb meat clamping device comprises a lower part, a pair of clamping parts attached to the lower part and configured to retain meat, and a limb meat bone orientation adjustment element. Orientation adjustment element is attached to lower part, regardless of pair of clamping parts, and has inclined surface inclined at acute angle relative to central line between pair of clamping parts. During pair of clamping parts in open state on plane image, at least a portion of the inclined surface of the orientation adjustment member is located such that it overlaps the space formed between the pair of clamping parts.
