SUBSTANCE: invention relates to food industry and can be used in a loading system for bone-in limb meat when loading it into a processing unit. Loading system has an image capturing unit for capturing an extremity meat image with a bone before loading into the processing unit. Loading system has an image processing unit capable of obtaining information on the orientation of limb meat with a bone from a limb bone image with a bone. Loading system has a pair of clamps made with possibility of opening/closing to hold bone-in limb meat. Loading system has a manipulator supporting said pair of clamps and is capable of controlling position and orientation of said pair of clamps. Loading system has a control unit which controls, on the basis of orientation information, a manipulator operation and thereby holding the bone-in limb meat and loading bone-in limb meat into the processing unit.

EFFECT: use of invention provides higher quality of end product.
