FIELD: food industry.
SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to food industry and can be used in meat processing. Extremity limb fixator with a bone has a pair of clamping parts including a first clamping part and a second clamping part opened/closed to hold meat with bone, and a part of rotation deceleration for bone limb rotation with bone. Parts of rotation deceleration are located in locations shifted relative to pair of clamping parts in direction perpendicular to plane, and in direction of opening/closing of pair of clamping parts. Rotation braking parts include a protruding part protruding from the first clamping part into the space between a pair of clamping parts, and configured for contact with meat when viewed from a direction perpendicular to the plane.
EFFECT: inventions group usage will allow to enhance the meat products processing quality.
