In a system consisting of a remote control center, a monitoring unit, indicators measuring means, said monitoring unit includes a controller with system software, a data storage module before transmission to a remote control center, an environmental sensors unit, unit for opening of housings, consisting of sensor for opening housing of measuring device of indicators, preventing performance of labor duties by employee, and sensor of opening of housing of control unit, as well as an electronic locks unit consisting of an electronic housing of the indicator measuring apparatus housing, and the electronic lock of the control unit housing, which are locked and unlocked by the command supplied to the controller from the remote control center, and / or a reboot module consisting of the indicator measurement device restart unit and the monitoring unit reload module.

EFFECT: high reliability of information owing to continuous monitoring of the use of measurement means of indicators which prevent the employee from performing labor duties.
