SUBSTANCE: invention relates to thermal targets-simulators of real objects and is intended for fire training, including using enemy detection devices, firing training in conditions of reduced visibility using special sighting devices and night vision devices. Moving target system comprises mannequin of human head (1) with resistive heating element (2) fixed on it, movable mechanism including movable platform (3), guides (7), toothed guide (8), stops (4), control electronics (5), connector for connection of radio antenna (6). Mannequin of human head (1) is installed on movable mechanism, and heating element (2) covers at least part of mannequin of human head (1).

EFFECT: enabling creation of a moving target of imitating enemy for conducting fire training exercises, including using enemy detection devices.
