FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to areas of electrothermics and space engineering and can be used in production of flexible, flat, flexible-flat electric heaters, which maintain radio-electronic equipment of spacecraft in operating condition under action of space environment conditions. Technical result is achieved by the fact that heater design is based on flexible glass fabric without impregnation, flexible glass fabric impregnated with oligomer material containing epoxy groups, hardened to stage B, conducting layer in the form of a pattern from material with high resistance, terminals made of flexible wire. Materials used to expand the temperature limits of pressing to 130–200 °C, pressing time up to 150 min and pressure from 20 to 150 N/cm2. In particular, the structural base used is flexible glass fabric obtained by interlacing a large number of threads, impregnated with oligomer material containing epoxy groups, hardened to stage B.
EFFECT: creation of a new method of manufacturing a flexible-flat electric heater with application of expanded range of pressing temperatures, pressure and time of pressing, with expanded nomenclature of used structural materials, with improved strength characteristics (for example, flexibility, resistance to mechanical effects), with high reliability of electric heater during operation in composition of heating devices of space and general machine building.
