FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to zinc-containing anticorrosive paint-and-lacquer materials for corrosion protection of equipment, articles and steel structures used in aggressive environment. Invention objective is elimination of majority of shortcomings inherent in known technical solutions: complexity of hardware design, low corrosion resistance of coatings, low solubility of polyaniline, use of mixture of various solvents. Set task is solved using anticorrosive composition for coatings containing epoxy oligomer, polyethylene polyamine, zinc metal powder, solvent - toluene and electroconductive polymer, which is represented by derivatives of polyaniline, with following ratio of components, wt. %: epoxy oligomer - 10.2; polyethylene polyamine - 2.5: zinc metal powder - 70–80; polyaniline - 5–15; toluene is the rest. Polyaniline derivatives are poly-o-toluidine; poly-o-anisidine; copolymer based on aniline and 2-[(2E)-1-methyl-2-buten-1-yl]aniline.
EFFECT: present invention allows to reduce energy intensity when preparing anticorrosive composition for coatings, to increase steel resistance to corrosion by reducing electrochemical potential, as well as due to higher solubility of used components to achieve better uniformity of coating and longer service life.
