FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, particularly to otorhinolaryngology. A fluid injection test is used in the external auditory canal to assess auditory thresholds in bone and air sound conduction. Quantitative indicators of sound perception before and after dough are compared. If observing at least one of the factors, namely reducing sound sensitivity thresholds by bone conductivity of patient by 15 dB and more at not less than three frequencies of sounding; occurrence of sound perception on bone conductivity at new two and more frequencies of sounding; combination of reduction of sound thresholds along bone conductivity by 10 dB on not less than three different frequencies of sounding with occurrence of not less than one new frequency of sound perception, significant improvement of cochlear functions after operative treatment is predicted.
EFFECT: method provides higher reliability of prediction of improvement of cochlear functions after treatment of non-inflammatory perilymphatic fistulas of auricle labyrinth windows in form of hearing improvement, reduction of fits of lightness and improvement of life quality of patients, including, at considerable duration of disease.
