SUBSTANCE: group of the inventions relates to medicine and deals with method of determination of cholera toxin production and differentiation of epidemiologically significant strains of cholera vibrios, which includes preparation of tested sample, identification of cholera toxin by ELISA method, which provides introduction of antigens in holes of tablet, incubation and registration of results. Group of the inventions also deals with set for determination of cholera toxin production and differentiation of epidemiologically significant strains of cholera vibrios, realising claimed method.

EFFECT: group of the inventions ensures creation of highly specific, sensitive, simple and available for reproduction, without application of additional equipment, biologically safe, financially not costly (low cost price), executable for short amount of time method for determination of cholera toxin, produced by strains of cholera causative agent of classical and el tor biovars in conditions in vitro and in vivo, and differentiation of toxigenic (epidemiologically significant) strains of V cholerae.
