SUBSTANCE: present invention refers to medicine, namely to physiology and gerontology, and concerns creation of physiological level of physical activity in experiment. That is ensured by developing a physical exercise regimen consisting of forced physical training in treadmill for 2 hours in mode 3 times a week: Monday, Wednesday, Friday at rate of 6-8 m/min for 30 days. Such a mode provides a physiological level of physical activity preventing the increase in blood chemokine CCL11 and SFMC concentration in blood plasma.

EFFECT: determination of chemokine concentration CCL11 and SFMC in blood plasma can be used as a marker of excess physiological level of physical activity when developing methods of physical training for elderly people.
