FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely to normal physiology, gerontology, and can be used to increase concentration of irisin in blood plasma in an experiment involving physical trainings. Male rats are subjected to physical training in treadmill for 2 hours at rate of 6–8 m/min 3 times a week: Monday, Wednesday, Friday, for 30 days.

EFFECT: method provides enlarging the list of non-drug preparations allowing to increase concentration of irisin protein in blood plasma due to imposed physical loads consisting in using certain modes of physical training leading to increase of protein concentration of irisin in blood plasma, which enables using the declared method for prevention of diseases associated with age, by dosed physical activity.
