FIELD: technological processes.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to hydrocarbon raw material processing method, having C7 asphaltenes content of at least 1 wt % of the weight of the feedstock, an initial boiling point of at least 340 °C and final boiling point of at least 600 °C, said method comprising the following steps: a) a step for extracting the material using a solvent or a mixture of solvents, b) a step of separating a fraction containing deasphalted oil and a solvent or mixture of solvents, c) an optional step of introducing a release facilitating release into a fraction containing asphalt and a solvent or mixture of solvents, d) optional step of separating a fraction containing asphalt and a solvent or mixture of solvents, e) an optional step of introducing a release-releasing release fluid into the asphalt fraction, one or in a mixture with the thinner-releasing release from step d). Step c) and/or e) of introduction of the release facilitating release is carried out when the softening point of asphalt exceeds 160 °C. Method includes a step of conditioning an asphalt fraction obtained at step a) and/or c) and/or d) and/or e), in solid form, carried out in the form of successive or simultaneous steps: step f), at which the asphalt fraction is heated to temperature in range of 120 to 340 °C and higher asphalt softening point, step g), where asphalt separated from solvent, solvent mixture and/or thinner is cooled to temperature below softening point of asphalt. Steps f) and g) are carried out on at least two elements of the plant or on a single plant, equipped with at least one device capable of continuously supporting in movement or mixing, or grinding the asphalt fraction, at least one heating and cooling means and at least one means capable of removing solvent, solvent mixture and/or thinner from the process, wherein the asphalt fraction has a softening point in the absence of solvent and thinner 120 to 250 °C, at step g) obtaining asphalt in solid form.
EFFECT: technical result is higher efficiency of treatment method with possibility of obtaining asphalt in solid form with very high softening point.
