FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely to gastroenterology, abdominal surgery, and can be used in treating intestinal diseases requiring intestinal resection. Roeder loops are formed by extracorporeal method. Dissector with Roeder’s loop is inserted into the abdominal cavity, and the loop is passed by the intestine. Further, the suture end is introduced into the loop under the intestine, the knot on the intestine is tightened, retreating from pathological area 0.5 cm to the healthy side. Next Roeder loop is applied side by side in the same way, at 0.3–0.5 cm from the previous one to the healthy side. Two ligatures are applied on the other edge of the resection in a similar manner. In resection of intestine with pathological centre between proximal ligatures on both sides, intestinal dissection is performed with application of scissors, and resected macropreparation is removed from abdominal cavity through mini-laparotomic approach.

EFFECT: method allows improving treatment results in patients with surgical intestinal diseases, providing fast postoperative rehabilitation, reducing a risk of inconsistency and suture cutting due to using Roeder loops.
