SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to cardiosurgery. Minithoracotomy is performed opposite an apical heart beat. Using the introducers, the delivery and receiving instruments are introduced through an apex of the heart under ultrasound and X-ray control. For the suture application, the first puncture of the fibrous ring of the mitral valve under the posterior flap is performed by the delivery instrument and the first end of the suture is removed. Thread is grasped by the receiving instrument introduced into the left atrium through the mitral opening, and brought to the apex of the heart through the introducer. Feeding tool is pulled up under the flap of the valve, displaced along the fibrous ring by the value of the suture pitch. Second puncture of the fibrous ring of the mitral valve is performed under the posterior flap. Second end of the suture is brought out by means of a receiving instrument on an apex of the heart through the introducer and the knot is tied. When filaments are sutured, it is advisable to pass the ends of threads through a gasket.

EFFECT: method enables reducing invasiveness and traumatism of the annuloplasty of the mitral valve, stopping regurgitation on the mitral valve during dilatation, reducing the risk of tissue eruptions during knotting, as well as preventing recurrence of mitral insufficiency.
