SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to medicine, namely, to medical equipment. Medical system for repairing a mitral valve includes an artificial temporary valve, a commissure locator device for the localization of two opposite commissures and an annuloplasty implant for. Wherein the commissure locator device and the temporary valve are connected. Said commissure locator device contains an extension member partially located inside the catheter. Said extension member’s measuring end can be elongated with respect to the distal end of the catheter. Said temporary valve is connected to the center of the commissure locator device, whereby, with the expansion of the commissure locator device, the temporary valve is expandable centrally and within the commissure locator device. This method is realized by means of said device.

EFFECT: group of inventions allows to quickly replace the mitral valve, simplify its implantation and orientation in the proper place, and position the valve with high accuracy.
