SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely to surgical dentistry, and can be used for dental removal. Circular ligament of the tooth is separated, the tooth is extracted from the socket, the curettage is performed and the bactericidal treatment. Separation, curettage and bactericidal treatment are performed by means of a diode laser with wavelength 0.97 mcm and power 2.4 W in pulse-periodic mode with pulse duration of 600 ms, pause duration of 400 ms. Exposure time is 8 to 12 s during separation, 6 to 30 s with curettage and 3 to 6 s during bactericidal treatment.

EFFECT: method provides reducing time of intraoperative hemorrhage, reduced time of blood clot formation and epithelisation time of the socket of the remote tooth due to use of a diode laser.
