FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely to dentistry, and can be used for training dental students in practical exercises within the course of propaedeutics of dental diseases. Artificial tooth has the shape and size of a person's natural teeth. At that, in the transition area of the crown part to the root part, a cavity coated with a low-hardness polymer is formed, and in the root there is a channel with internal thread on 2/3 of length of root with an outlet hole in the area of its top for possibility of fixation of tooth by screw on models of jaws.
EFFECT: design features of the artificial tooth allow students of the dental faculty to obtain both theoretical knowledge and practical skills for practicing manual skills in the treatment of circular caries and hygiene of the oral cavity.
