SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, particularly to dentistry and maxillofacial surgery, and can be used in operations for recovering lost bone tissue after removal of odontogenic cysts of jaws. Method of accelerating reparative regeneration of bone tissue consists in dilution of Chonsurid in riboflavin and 2 % hyaluronic acid, immobilization of obtained mixture on Polysorb MP at temperature 38 °C at rate of 60 mg of Chonsurid per 30 mg of ribcoflavin, 60 mg of 2 % hyaluronic acid and 30 mg Polysorb MP, which after introduction into the wound is activated with the photopolymerization lamp with power of 450 mW with wave length of 470 nm during 120 seconds.

EFFECT: providing acceleration of reparative osteogenesis, high sorption, detoxification and antibacterial effects.
