SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, particularly dentistry and maxillofacial surgery, and discloses a method for accelerating reparative osteogenesis in bisphosphonate osteonecrosis, involving use of Chonsurid dissolved in riboflavin and hyaluronic acid, with subsequent addition of the obtained mixture to the solar composite in a given ratio.
EFFECT: invention enables accelerating bone grafting after removal of necrotized bone in bisphosphonate osteonecrosis, eliminating infection by reliable sealing of the wound and can be used in operations for recovering lost bone tissue.
