SUBSTANCE: invention relates to telecommunications and can be used in decameter radio communication systems during high-speed transmission of discrete messages by phase-shift keying in conditions of frequent change of communication conditions, for example, with frequent change of beams in a multibeam communication channel or in informative transmission of messages in a pseudo-random tuning of operating frequency (PTOF). To achieve technical result on transmitting side of radio lines during transmission of second halves of last and first halves of first elements of all code combinations is further changed by 180° carrier wave phase. On the receiving side, these moments of carrier wave phase change are determined, and thus the location of the code combinations beginnings and ends and at the same time signal is re-manipulated, which neutralizes carrier wave phase changes introduced at the transmitting side of the radio line when the first or last code combination elements are received with subsequent demodulation of the received signal by conventional demodulators.
EFFECT: increased speed of transfer.
