SUBSTANCE: disposable nappy (1) according to the invention includes an elasticized zone (ST) formed in the rear waist valve (FB) formed by elastic elements (71). Rear waist-type valve (FB) includes skin-side non-woven material (5), made from hydrophobic fiber, on side closer to carrier skin than elastic elements (71). Non-woven material (5) located on the skin side includes hydrophilic zone (4T), located at some distance towards side of perineal region (C) from location located on side of rear zone (B) and defined in longitudinal direction (X), outer edge (5B1) located on the side of leather, non-woven material. Elastic elements (71) include filamentary elastic element (711). Filament elastic element (711) is located between edge (1B) of rear zone (B), external in longitudinal direction (X), and outer edge (4TB1) of hydrophilic zone (4T). Elasticized zone (ST) of rear waist valve (FB) includes zone (NT) without elastic elements formed between: inner edge of whisker elastic element (711), which is located closest to hydrophilic zone (4T), and outer edge (4TV1) of hydrophilic zone (4T).
