FIELD: electrical communication engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to communication engineering and can be used in space systems for relaying information between lunar stations, which can be placed on both the lunar surface and the near-moon orbit, and earth stations of control and reception/transmission of messages using geostationary relay satellites (RS). For this purpose, antenna of transponder satellite for communication with subscriber terminals located on visible from Earth sections of the Moon surface and near-moon orbits is located on RS side opposite to direction to Earth and calculating the deviation angle of the axis of the beam pattern of said antenna, counted from the axis connecting the RS with the centre of the Earth and oriented in the direction from the centre of the Earth.
EFFECT: technical result consists in enabling continuous communication between subscriber terminals located on visible from Earth sections of lunar surface or near-moon orbits, and Earth subscribers.
