FIELD: electrical engineering.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to phase shifter. Controlled phase shifter comprises an input connected to the input of the differentiating device, the output of which is connected to the reset input of the resettable integrator. Signal input of nullable integrator is connected to voltage source. Output of the zero integrator is connected to the first input of the voltage comparator, the second input of which is the control input of the phase shifter. Output of comparator is connected to input of phase-locked loop with logic phase discriminator, output of which is output of phase shifter.

EFFECT: phase change in range from values close to 0 to values close to 2π, in compliance with linear law.
