FIELD: measurement.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to measurement equipment and can be used in medicine, instrument-making and mechanical engineering for force measurement. Sensor for measuring force on magnetostatic waves comprises two sensitive elements arranged in parallel to exactly opposite to each other, connected by a magnetic conductor and including a layer of substrate based on gadolinium gallium garnet, epitaxially grown on it material layer, in which magnetostatic waves, for example, iron-yttrium garnet are propagated, converter of electric signals into magnetostatic wave in form of strip antenna, located on material layer, in which magnetostatic waves are propagated, a permanent magnet located under the substrate layer, and reflecting structures formed on both sides of the signal converter, elastic element with opposite force-receiving bases, in which there is a resiliently deformable screen made in the form of a metal plate, passing between two sensitive elements and bending towards one of the sensitive elements.
EFFECT: technical result of present invention is high sensitivity of sensor.
