FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, specifically to urology. Urethral plate is excised, exposing cavernous bodies and straightening a penis. One or two flaps are cut out of the foliate penis of the patient. One or two cut out flaps are anchored to cavernous bodies to form bed. Patient's cheek mucous flap is cut out. Mucous membrane is anchored to pre-formed bed. After engraftment of the mucous flap, the urethra is formed by cutting out the edges of the mucous flap and suturing them into a tubular urethra. Penile flesh flap is used as a bed for a mucosa of the jaw intended for stitching in a tubular urethra in a method of surgical treatment of hypospadias.
EFFECT: method and application enable to significantly reduce the number of complications, improve social rehabilitation of the patients suffering from hypospadias, enhance their quality of life, enable to be sexually active and prevent the development of infertility.
