FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, specifically to urology. Two skin flaps are cut out and incised in the region of the base of the penis, where the flaps are of irregular triangular shape, in which the angle formed by two straight sides is directed downwards, and the base of irregular shape passes along the upper edge of the scrotum. After excision of the flaps, the incisions are continued along an upper edge of scrotum at 1–3 cm on both sides of the base of the penis. Skin in the area of the base of the penis is sutured with separate sutures along the middle line to the apex of the incision obtained after excision of cutaneous flaps. Skin edges are sutured along the upper edge of the scrotum.
EFFECT: disclosed is a method of surgical treatment of scrotal transposition.
