FIELD: oil, gas and coke-chemical industries.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to design of mass exchange devices for gas-liquid, liquid-liquid, vapour-liquid systems and can be used in gas processing, oil refining, chemical and other industries. Mass exchange tray includes mass exchange panels fixed by end parts on longitudinal support beams. Each mass exchange panel is assembled from single-type horizontal rectangular mass exchange elements interfaced with front and rear edges. Front edge has successively inclined flanging with rectangular holes, horizontal flanging and vertical flanging. Rear edge has projecting tabs consisting of inclined and horizontal flanging, for docking with rectangular holes in inclined flanging of front edge of next horizontal rectangular mass exchange element. Portion of rectangular hole is arranged in horizontal flanging.
EFFECT: technical result: easier assembly and disassembly of a mass exchange tray in a mass exchange column by attaching horizontal rectangular mass exchange elements to each other.
