SUBSTANCE: dispatching control infrastructure (10) is characterized by the multimodal network combines several monomodal networks, each of which is equipped with an individual control system (64), wherein said dispatching control infrastructure includes a plurality of local supervisory control modules (60), each associated with a transfer station, providing interaction between at least two of said monomodal networks, and is capable of real-time generalization of traffic at an associated transfer station and continuously execute multiple operating rules, using operational information obtained from said traffic generalization, in order to generate at least one predetermined value and send said predetermined value to at least one monomodal network control system from several monomodal networks, connected to associated transfer station.

EFFECT: technical result consists in minimization of travel time between departure station and arrival station.
