SUBSTANCE: complex for managing the transportation process of the urban rail transport system (URTS), characterized in that it includes a block (1) for automated forecasting and analysis of the URTS passenger flow and studying the demand for URTS services, a block (2) for automated forecasting, planning and analysis of the URTS operation, block (3 ) of automated forecasting, planning and analysis of the operation of URTS vehicles, block (4) of automated forecasting, planning and analysis of the work of URTS vehicle operators, URTS dispatchers, block (5) of automated forecasting, planning and analysis of work on the technical maintenance of the URTS infrastructure, block ( 6) of control of traffic and safety of URTS vehicles, block (7) of unmanned control of URTS vehicles, block (8) for ensuring the URTS safety from the external environment.
EFFECT: higher level of automation of transportation process control is achieved.
