SUBSTANCE: method for improving the condition and amount of microbiome in the proximal colonic segment, comprising administering to a mammal a composition in an effective amount, wherein composition contains decolorized aloe vera juice or aloe vera concentrate and one or more additives, wherein said discolored aloe vera juice or aloe vera concentrate contains an effective amount of 0.507 g/l of composition to 1.014 g/l of composition, wherein the favorable effect on the microbiome is selected from a group consisting of increasing the production of short chain fatty acids in the proximal colon, increasing the overall microbial population in the proximal colon, increasing the production of acetic acid in the proximal portions of the colon, increasing the production of propionic acid in the proximal colon, increasing the population of common bacteria in the proximal portions of the colon and increasing the population of temporary concentration of bifidus bacteria in proximal portions of the colon. Method for providing a favorable effect in a mammal, comprising administering to a mammal a composition in an effective amount, wherein composition contains decolorized aloe vera juice or aloe vera concentrate and one or more additives, wherein said discolored aloe vera juice or aloe vera concentrate contains an effective amount of 0.507 g/l of composition to 1.014 g/l of composition, wherein favorable effect is selected from a group, consisting of antioxidant protection in mammalian cells exposed to free radicals, activation of natural killer cells, activation of natural killer T-lymphocytes, increasing the production of anti-inflammatory cytokines of Th2 type, reducing the level of IFN-γ and stimulating polarization of inflammatory macrophages M1 in anti-inflammatory macrophages M2, containing decolorized aloe vera juice or aloe vera concentrate, one or more auxiliary substances and an acidity modifier, characterized in that the acidity modifier is selected from a group, consisting of citric acid salt, malic acid salt, acetic acid, acetic acid salt, lactic acid, lactic acid salt, tartaric acid, tartaric acid salt, formic acid, formic acid salt, propionic acid, salts of propionic acid, butyric acid, salt of butyric acid, valeric acid, salt of valeric acid, phosphoric acid and phosphoric acid salt.
EFFECT: methods of treatment with application of purified (decolorized) dry juice of aloe vera sheet are offered.
